Dynamic Intranet System provides a company's routine functions and also a variety of data viewing options through a web browser. The system can be run independently or link up with Dynamic Accounting System at the same workstation.

Product Information

1. Message Centre

Message Centre provides a platform for users to send, receive and follow up their messages. User in different departments can be categorized into user groups and a message can be sent to individual users, departments or interdepartmental working groups. For message with more details, users can attach multiple files in the message to be sent. Integrated with Dynamic Accounting System, users can share the latest information of customers, vendors, documents and products through Message Centre at any time.

2. Customer Centre

Customer Centre can help to manage customer information comprehensively such as customer data, customer consultation, sales order, sales invoice and meeting. User can search customer, forward customer message, enter administrative transaction, consultation record, meeting record and upload files.

3. Lead Customer Centre

This feature is for managing lead customer information. User can issue a quotation for a lead customer through Dynamic Quotation Module. When the lead customer becomes an official customer, system automatically upgrades customer information in the Dynamic Accunting System.

4. Order Management

Order Management allows user to view order details, manage orders delivery schedules, and distribute goods of order more efficiently.

5. Product Centre

Product Centre provides users with various query functions for instant product information, inventory activities and stock level, and also a browse list of new product and promotional product. User can easily obtain the latest inventory information to manage warehouses’ stock level and goods distribution between locations.
