Product Information
1. Attendance Ledger
The web attendance system is dedicated to assist clients in online shift planning, analyze attendance data and assess staff performance. It is suitable for office and multi-shops. System can recognize employees attendance through facial recognition, fingerprint, smartcard or enter employee password.
In addition, the attendance system can be conjunctive with Dynamic payroll and leave management system. Collected attendance data can be linked with payroll to calculate salary and overtime wages. When integrate to leave system, leave details can be reflected in attendance records as well.
2. Leave Ledger
The Web Leave System is user-friendly which helps to have better leave management and analysis. Customers can setup company holiday's category, and generate annual leave by rank and seniority. This system is compatible with different platforms, especially convenient for checking leave balances via mobile device.
3. Payroll Ledger
This module provides a register of employee data and processes the payroll of the company. It is also capable of generating files required by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, and those required by the major banks. It also supports the MPF function and generates files required by the Insurance companies.
4. Word Card Ledger
This ledger is designed for maintaining the work records of employee in units of pieces or time. It is suitable for factories where piece work is adopted. It is also suitable for professional companies where charges are based on the time spent on the job.
